By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with the terms specified in this Agreement. You are strictly forbidden from copying, altering, or utilizing any part of the app or our trademarks in any unauthorized manner. Efforts to reverse engineer the app’s source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions are also prohibited. The app, together with all associated trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of SLIDE TRANSLATOR. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the Services. Some Services may be governed by additional terms, which will be communicated to you upon your access to those Services.
Please note that we reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
Data privacy
You confirm that you have read and understand our privacy policy and you give consent to the processing of your data in accordance with it.
Limitations
SLIDE TRANSLATOR or its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials on SLIDE TRANSLATOR’s Add-On, even if SLIDE TRANSLATOR or an authorized representative of this Add-On has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

All materials on SLIDE TRANSLATOR’s Add-On are provided "as is". SLIDE TRANSLATOR disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, and thereby negates all other warranties. Additionally, SLIDE TRANSLATOR does not make any representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its Add-On or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Add-On.
DISCLOSURE
Slide Translator use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
